Lisa Wessel is an avid mystery reader, which helps her track down eraser bandits in her elementary classroom. She has two sons, one in college and one in Heaven. She is a recent newlywed, and highly recommends getting married in middle age. One day, she and her husband hope to retire in the mountains she loves to write about, but for now they live in Oklahoma with three dogs and a tornado shelter.
Lisa’s novel Doubly Dead is the winner of American Christian Fiction Writers 2014 First Impressions contest, and a 2018 Selah Award finalist.
